Vendor & Pandit Service Agreement

This detailed Vendor & Pandit Service Agreement ("Agreement") forms a legally binding contract between Shweta Technologies LLP (operating as AbilGulal) and you, the independent Service Provider, Pandit, Astrologer, or E-commerce Seller ("Vendor", "You"). By registering an operational account on our Platform to offer your specific services or legitimate religious products, you unequivocally accept and aggressively agree to comply with these rigorous professional standards and the corresponding financial frameworks outlined herein.

1. Independent Contractor Classification

Your relationship with AbilGulal is strictly that of a principal-to-principal, independent commercial contractor.

• No Employment Relationship: This Agreement definitively does not create any employment, legal agency, active partnership, formal joint venture, or formalized franchise relationship between you and AbilGulal.
• Autonomy & Tax Liability: You retain the absolute right to determine your operational availability schedules. Consequently, you are exclusively responsible for your own central state/federal income tax filings, operational overhead expenses, travel logistics to the User's premises, and possessing any mandatory local religious or commercial certifications.
• Liability Shield: AbilGulal bears absolutely zero structural liability for any injuries, legal claims, property damages, or occupational hazards you may personally encounter while actively commuting to or formally performing services at a User’s designated physical location.

2. Onboarding, KYC Protocols, and Identity Verification

To comprehensively ensure uncompromised platform safety and deep user trust, all registering Vendors must undergo our rigorous verification pipelines prior to achieving an "Active" listing status.

• Mandatory KYC Submission: You must accurately submit high-resolution copies of your valid Aadhar Card, PAN Card, active bank account details (containing a matching name), and a verifiable clear profile photograph.
• Background Clearances: You explicitly authorize AbilGulal (or our certified third-party auditing partners) to systematically verify your submitted credentials, educational history (Vedic schools), and conduct requisite criminal/civil background checks where legally permissible.
• Immediate Suspension: Supplying structurally false, doctored, visually misleading, or materially incomplete documents will result in an immediate, unappealable suspension of your Vendor account, indefinite freezing of pending funds, and possible forwarding of the matter to local law enforcement for cyber-fraud investigation.

3. Service Execution Standards & Strict Professional Conduct

As an officially listed representative offering services via our ecosystem, you are contractually mandated to maintain the highest conceivable standards of religious sanctity, personal hygiene, and interpersonal professionalism.

• Uncompromising Punctuality: You must physically or digitally (for E-Pujas) arrive exactly at the User’s designated location strictly on or marginally before the mutually agreed-upon precise time. Chronological delays exceeding 30 minutes without profound prior communication will severely penalize your algorithmic ranking.
• Ritual Authenticity: You must execute all required pujas, homams, astrological readings, or religious ceremonies with profound authenticity, adhering meticulously to the established traditional Vedic procedures, chanting protocols, and specific customer requirements (like Gotra integrations).
• Prohibition on Additional Solicitation: You are strictly forbidden from aggressively demanding additional 'Dakshina' (cash tips), undisclosed hidden fees, or unwarranted transportation charges directly from the User beyond the officially transparent invoiced platform amount. You may respectfully accept small voluntary donations only if explicitly offered unprompted by the User.
• Anti-Circumvention Rule (Non-Solicitation): You categorically agree NOT to distribute your personal business cards, direct phone numbers, or private website links to AbilGulal Users with the calculated intent of aggressively bypassing our platform architecture for their future bookings. Sustained violation of this core non-circumvention clause will predictably lead to immediate lifetime termination and algorithmic blacklisting.

4. Financial Framework: Commission, Payment & Settlement (Razorpay Route)

AbilGulal operates a robustly structured, highly automated payment settlement ecosystem designed to protect both Users and Vendors financially.

• Platform Commission Mechanisms: AbilGulal deducts a dynamic predetermined percentage-based platform usage and lead-generation fee (Commission) rigorously from the Total Booking Value executed. This specific commission tier will be clearly detailed in your active Vendor Dashboard based on your volume bracket.
• Razorpay Route Ledger: We structurally utilize the highly secure Razorpay Route (Payment Split/Vendor Settlement API) infrastructure. User payments are securely held in a nodal/escrow intermediary state and are algorithmically disbursed sequentially to your verified linked bank account after deductively factoring our commission structurally.
• Settlement Cyclic Timelines: Standard operational funds settlements generally occur chronologically within T+2 or T+3 formal business days strictly following the verifiable successful, dispute-free completion of the assigned service or physical product delivery.
• TDS & Taxation Protocols: As an institutional marketplace intermediary, we may be stringently legally required by the Indian formal income-tax regulations to automatically deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) or TCS (Tax Collected at Source) dynamically under GST provisions. Comprehensive cumulative certificates (Form 16A) will be systematically provided quarterly or annually as mandated.

5. Severe Cancellation Matrices & No-Show Penalties

Platform reliability is mathematically dependent on your attendance. Vendor-initiated cancellations represent a critical threat to our brand equity.

• Pre-Service Vendor Cancellations: If you must legitimately cancel a definitively accepted booking due to an extreme medical emergency, you must seamlessly trigger the cancellation within the operational dashboard with a rigorous minimum 24-hour advance notice, empowering us to structurally reassign another Pandit dynamically.
• Draconian No-Show Penalties: A blatant "No-Show" (failing to chronologically arrive for an accepted booking without substantial communication) constitutes severe professional negligence. This will mathematically trigger substantial structural monetary penalty fees logically deducted against your future pending settlements, algorithmic demotion, and an immediate formal account review protocol.

6. Comprehensive Termination Right

AbilGulal retains the unilateral and absolute unappealable right to severely suspend, temporarily freeze, or permanently terminate your dynamic Vendor Account instantaneously, entirely without formal procedural notice, if we structurally determine that you have significantly violated any established provisions of this exhaustive Agreement, historically provided persistently substandard/sacrilegious services resulting in escalated User complaints, engaged in demonstrable financial fraud/extortion, or acted in a manner structurally detrimental to the foundational reputation, brand equity, or physical safety of the AbilGulal digital marketplace ecosystem. Upon termination, any legitimately non-disputed pending structural funds will be systematically settled after a mandatory 30-day security hold period to decisively cover any latent user chargeback liabilities.
