By engaging in any monetary transaction on our platform, you explicitly consent to these unalterable refund mechanisms.
1. Service Bookings (User Initiated Cancellations)
When you orchestrate a physical Home Puja or a digitized E-Puja booking, the assigned Pandit immediately begins crucial theological preparations and allocates their operational calendar comprehensively. Therefore, our cancellation matrices are strictly structured temporally:
- Advanced Cancellation (48+ Hours Notice): If you proactively initiate a formal web-cancellation of your structurally confirmed service booking significantly more than 48 temporal hours prior to the exact scheduled ceremonial start time, you mathematically qualify for a 100% Comprehensive Refund dynamically credited back to your original structural source of financial payment (or integrated AbilGulal Virtual Wallet), categorically excluding any non-refundable baseline payment gateway processing infrastructure fees (typically 2-3%).
- Intermediate Cancellation (24 to 48 Hours Notice): Formal cancellations effectively initiated structurally between 24 to 48 exact temporal hours prior to the scheduled ceremonial start will algorithmically trigger a 50% Partial Refund. The remaining 50% constitutes a necessary logistical penalty mathematically utilized to compensate the fundamentally assigned Vendor for their demonstrably lost chronological opportunity and logistical preparations.
- Late Cancellation & Absolute No-Shows (Less than 24 Hours): Zero structural refunds (0%) will be mathematically granted for any service cancellations precipitously initiated fundamentally less than 24 temporal hours prior to the scheduled start time, or if the User is completely unavailable/unreachable at the legitimately scheduled theological duration. The Vendor arrives entirely prepared, and full structural payment is unequivocally warranted.
2. Vendor/Pandit Initiated Cancellation Framework
In the exceedingly rare and highly scrutinized event that a definitively booked Pandit fails completely to structurally execute the agreed-upon theological service due to an extreme legitimate emergency or algorithmic matching failure:
- We will aggressively deploy all conceivable logistical efforts to immediately assign an equally qualified, geographically proximate, spiritually vetted alternative substitute Service Provider dynamically.
- If a viable fundamental substitution is mathematically or geographically impossible within the acceptable theological window (Muhurat constraint), the affected User will unequivocally receive an expedited, prioritized 100% Full Structural Refund routed immediately to their original source of financial payment without any categorical deduction of standard processing fees.
- AbilGulal's systemic liability is profoundly capped squarely at the exact structural amount factually paid by the User for that specific unfulfilled booking. We do not compensate for perceived algorithmic emotional distress, theological disappointment, or cascading subsequent logistical rescheduling costs.
3. E-Puja Store (E-Commerce Item Purchases)
Given the uniquely sacred, inherently consumable, and structurally fragile theological nature of physical spiritual products effectively sold via our integrated E-Puja marketplace, our physical returns protocol is rigorously definitive:
- Inherently Non-Returnable Items: Perishable organic structural items (e.g., fresh botanical flowers, dairy-based Prasad, perishable organic sweets), profoundly personalized/custom-engraved theological items (Yantras), and any items structurally unsealed from their protective manufacturer packaging are comprehensively non-returnable and explicitly non-refundable under all fundamental legal circumstances once successfully delivered.
